Carli Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack
The Carli Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack is designed for 2003–2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4×4 trucks using Carli 3 inch front lift kits. Built by Deaver Spring Mfg specifically for Carli Suspension, these full-length two-stage progressive spring packs provide a smoother, more comfortable ride while maintaining moderate load capacity.
The progressive design uses lighter upper spring rates than factory to improve daily driving comfort, especially over freeway expansion joints, while the secondary lower stack increases spring rate as the pack compresses under load. The longer main leaf moves the shackle position rearward to ease initial axle movement, and the revised center pin location improves tire clearance by helping larger tires travel into the center of the wheel well at full compression.

Reduces payload by approximately 15% from a stock Ram 2500.

The full spring pack will squat more under load than OEM springs or a 5-leaf add-a-pack due to the lighter progressive upper leaf design.

The spring pack can carry the same load, but it will compress farther into the pack before reaching the higher spring rates.
