The Carli Long Travel Air Bag System is designed for 2017–2022 F-250 Super Duty trucks to increase load capacity and towing performance without sacrificing ride quality or suspension travel. Built for use with Carli 4.5″ and 5.5″ lift systems, this setup delivers adjustable support while maintaining full suspension articulation.

Engineered for heavy-duty applications, these airbags provide reliable performance for towing, hauling, and work use while preserving the smooth ride and capability of your suspension system.

• Designed for Carli 4.5″ and 5.5″ lift systems

• Fits 3.5″ axle tubes (common on F-250 without Tremor or High Capacity Tow Package)

• Supports up to 4,000 lbs combined load capacity (2,000 lbs per bag at 100 PSI)

• Compatible with up to 12″ of suspension travel

• Operating pressure range of 5–75 PSI

• 100% bolt-on installation for easy DIY setup

• Compatible with onboard air systems or manual fill

Notes:

• Axle diameter must be confirmed prior to ordering

• Common on 2017–2022 F-250 4×4 gas and diesel without Tremor or High Capacity Tow Package

• Designed to pair with Full Progressive Leaf Springs to restore payload capacity

• Can be used with Add-A-Pack setups, but factory bump-stop tang must be removed

• Only compatible with rear lifts that level to a 5.5″ front lift

• Recommended rear lift height is approximately 2″ for trucks with factory 3″ blocks

• Ideal for towing 5th wheels, campers, trailers, and heavy hauling
