This remanufactured turbocharger is fully cleaned and inspected before assembly. All seals, piston rings, journal bearings, and mounting hardware are replaced to ensure long-term reliability. Each unit is VSR high-speed balanced, and the actuator is fully tested and calibrated prior to shipping for a true bolt-on installation.
