As a lifelong diesel enthusiast, Spencer’s goal was to design a Traction Bar Kit that performs flawlessly, looks incredible, and doesn’t cut any corners. After over a year of designing, prototyping, and testing, FASS Fabrication Traction Bar Kits are here.
FASS Fabrication Traction Bars are engineered in-house for superior strength, durability, and performance, utilizing precision manufacturing techniques and high-quality materials.

Key Features:
Precision Manufacturing:
- Laser-cut and CNC-bent from ¼” mild steel for consistent accuracy and strength.
- Welded using a combination of robotic and manual welding for maximum durability.
Innovative Design:
- Unlike traditional round tube adapters welded into sheet metal ends, FASS Fabrication Traction Bars feature a square adapter and bar design with 10 weld seams/plug welds, significantly increasing weld engagement, strength, and stability.
High-Quality Rod Ends:
- Frame Side: Features a 2.5” forged rod end with a polyurethane-supported spherical ball. This design provides greater comfort than a Heim joint while delivering superior longevity—no squeaky joints to deal with.
- Axle Side: Utilizes a two-piece poly bushing with a sleeve, ensuring durability and reduced maintenance.
Enhanced Durability & Aesthetics:
- Both the Traction Bars and frame brackets come standard with overlays, adding extra strength and a high-quality finish.
These Traction Bars are built for performance, head-turning looks, and maximum quality, making them a perfect upgrade for your suspension system.
